3 DAY SOUND HEALING CERTIFICATION
OCTOBER 2024 - DATES TBA

Learn and practice the art of space holding & sound healing. This program will help you guide and create containers in integrity, safely, and with artful expression.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

FREQUENCY & SOUND PRACTICUM

We will integrate the most fundamental aspects about music theory and the science of frequencies to the sound healing / space holding art form.

  • creating a sound healing experience for individuals & groups

  • utilizing binaural beats (brainwave entrainment)

  • incorporating guided breath & meditation

  • adding sound to gentle & restorative yoga classes

  • learn how to collaborate with other practitioners: estheticians, breathwork, yoga, massage, ceremonies

Crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs will be available for use & purchase following completion of the certification.

BOUNDARY WORK

Boundaries are absolutely necessary when holding space and offering a safe container. We will practice setting and holding our own energetic boundaries, as well as establishing boundaries for groups.

SPIRIT WORK

We will discuss spiritual boundaries and etiquette when working with spirit, guides and ancestors. Learning to hold space with honor and respect for the individuals’ spiritual background and journey.

POLARITY WORK

Allow your spaces and sessions to invite vulnerability by holding the full spectrum of the human. We get to intimately look at our own range of emotions, so we may invite our clients into the beauty of wholeness.

ARTFUL CEREMONY

Creating and holding a space is an extension of our own artistic expression. In the beauty, colors, and textures – we can create an experience that is weaved with our own artistic essence.

This experience was life-giving, centering, comprehensive, sacred, and joyful. The material and experiences were interesting and thoughtfully curated to enhance learning, well-being, and to serve as a vector of healing and connection on many levels.
