Nani invites you into a meditation and there’s nothing else required of you than to just be. For me, the sound bath was intensely visual. The vibrations of the sounds she created were incredibly rich and and abundant, and just dissonant enough to remind you of your body.

I left feeling lighter, like there was more space around me and in me, and I slept like a rock. It was a deeply nourishing experience.
